How do Havana House reward points work?

Our reward points system allows you to earn points on your purchases and use them towards future orders.

How it works:
- For every £1 you spend, you will earn 1 reward point  
- For every 100 points, you will receive £1 off your next order  

You can redeem your reward points at checkout, and they can be used as part of the total payment.

Reward points are valid for 2 years from the date they are earned.

Important information:
- Reward points are only available on orders placed through our website  
- Reward points are not redeemable in store  
- Orders placed by phone or in our shops do not earn reward points  
- Reward points are not earned on delivery charges or VAT
