How do I return an item?

You can return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, provided they are unused and in perfect condition.

To cancel your order, you must contact us and provide written confirmation in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

The goods must be returned to us before a refund or exchange can be issued.

To help us process your return, please include:

- Your order number  
- Your email address  
- The reason for return  
- Whether you would like a refund, exchange, or replacement  

Items must be returned in suitable protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for items that are returned damaged due to insufficient packaging.
